| Whilst the food was almost delivered on time by a very pleasant delivery driver when we unpacked it we were missing one of our egg fried rice and one of our meals was wrong When we called up to question it we were met by a very hostile woman on the phone We explained ourselves and she flat out refused to acknowledge our original order despite the fact it was ordered only 45 minutes before over the phone with her which we have recorded She sounded like we didn t want to help us even though we were as civil as possible on our side and when we said we would write a bad review and not go there again she said thankyou and hung up Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen and we will be telling our friends not to go there from now on Megan-2020-07-30 19:13:37 | |
